Booking cancellation Free cancellation is possible at least 3 days before the arrival date in the period from January 11 - April 30 and from October 01 - December 25. Free cancellation is possible at least 14 days before the arrival date in the period from May 01 - September 30 and from December 26 - January 10.
The return rules are predolated. The prepayment is refunded in full within 45 working days. Upon the occurrence of force majeure circumstances that cannot be foreseen or avoided (force majeure), including natural disasters, acts, decrees of state bodies and other circumstances that can be determined by the parties as force majeure, the prepayment made by the tourist is not refundable, but is transferred as an indefinite deposit for future accommodation.
Rules for early departure. In case of early departure, a refund is made within 45 working days minus the cost of one day.
Placement of children. One child up to 4 years old (inclusive) is accommodated free of charge without additional provision. places.
Pets. It is allowed to accommodate one pet weighing up to 5 kg. Accommodation of guests with pets is paid additionally - 500 rubles. per day. In case of damage to the property of the house "Manor Seaside Park", all expenses to cover this damage are paid by the owner of the pet.
